Vivint’s ClickSoftware Administrators are responsible for all maintenance, performance, stability and functionality of the ClickSoftware system. ClickSoftware is at the center of scheduling and technician capacity management at Vivint, and the health of this system is critical to the success of our Field Operations team and business as a whole.

You will work with a team of ClickSoftware Admins in cooperation with the Salesforce Admin team and the Field Ops teams.


Establishes system specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements

Creates and develops end to end functional solutions within ClickSoftware

Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server software

Creation and maintenance of agents (workflow, BGO, etc)

Maintains databases used by the ClickSoftware system

Maintains ClickSoftware system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, network operating and system management; and escalating application problems to vendor/consultant

Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs and providing references and support

Troubleshoot system and server errors related to ClickSoftware

Upgrades system by conferring with vendors/consultants; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications

Provides moderate level of reporting and analysis regarding field service operations through Microsoft SQL

  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and diverse requests
  • Potential to cross-train as a Salesforce administrator



  • Experience with implementing ClickSoftware functionality as an administrator or consultant or architect
  • Understanding of Agile methodology

Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook

Analytical skills such as data validation, logic, deductive reasoning, and data presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication

Extensive troubleshooting ability across various platforms


  • 3+ years of ClickSoftware experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server

1+ years of experience with Software Administration/Troubleshooting
